Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakewood). They came out on top against the Bear Creek Bears by a score of 10-6 on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The team relied heavily on Sean Lann, who fired off two home runs, five RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits he has posted over his last 11 contests. Matt Gordon also deserves some recognition as he launched his first home run of the season.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Lakewood lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Lakewood's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-12. As for Bear Creek, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Lakewood will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bears: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
