Softball Recap: Lockhart Takes a Loss

Lockhart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 10-5 to the Wall Hawks.

Lockhart saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrea Barrientos, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Emrys Lara was another, earning two runs and two stolen bases.

Lockhart's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wall, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Lockhart will face off against Austin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wall, they will challenge Floresville at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
