It's playoff time, and Cedar Cliff had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with an 8-5 win over the Hempfield Black Knights on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Colts as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Michael Boblick made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs.

In other batting news, Bennett Secrest was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Owen Anastasi, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
