Baseball Recap: Boone Braves vs. Colonial Grenadiers

Boone can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Colonial Grenadiers as the Boone Braves made off with a 13-5 win. The victory was nothing new for Boone as they're now sitting on four straight.

Kurtis Harper looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (he also only allowed one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Benjamin Brackett was incredible, going 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Isaac Abalo was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Boone's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Colonial, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
