Soccer Recap: Grant Park Comes Up Short

Grant Park was the 7-0 winner over St. Anne when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Dragons lost 6-1 to the Cardinals on Tuesday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Grant Park were already down 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Brody Litton, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Grant Park and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Grant Park will face off against rival Illinois Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, St. Anne is set to challenge their familiar foe Momence at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
