Softball Recap: Poly Parrots vs. Verdugo Hills Dons
Poly was the 7-3 winner over Verdugo Hills when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Poly Parrots fell 6-2 to the Verdugo Hills Dons on Wednesday.

On Verdugo Hills' side, Kaitlyn Barba made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over five innings pitched. Barba was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
