Benzie Central dropped their record down to 13-5 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Traverse City West Titans by a score of 8-7. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 7-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2017.
As for Traverse City West, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-13 record this season.
