Mission Vista not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 25, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Pacific Ridge Firebirds with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for Mission Vista: when they faced off against Pacific Ridge last Saturday, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Mission Vista was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-23, 25-23.

Maya Hopkins paced Mission Vista's offense, picking up nine kills. Hopkins got some help from Morgan Duse-Anthony and her 23 assists. Duse-Anthony was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Mission Vista is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Pacific Ridge, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-4.
