With a playoff win on the line, Fort Loramie rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks. The victory was familiar territory for the Redskins, who have now won ten matches in a row.

Fort Loramie's got stronger as the match went on, holding Mississinawa Valley to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-17, 25-13.

Jenna Hoying paced Fort Loramie's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hoying got some help from Tessa Boerger and her 31 assists. Hoying was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Fort Loramie's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Mississinawa Valley, they moved to 21-5 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.
