Life and softball coach Jen Schroeder joins Nikki B to talk catching, connecting and empowerment.

The vivacious 32-year-old has connected all the dots to her fulfilling young career. Schroeder is a sought-after softball catching coach after playing three years behind the plate for UCLA. But she teaches much more than blocking the plate, calling a game or a quick release. Schroeder is a life coach and her lessons have just as much to do with with artistic expression, culture, growth and empowerment.
The oldest of four daughters and former standout out
Esperanza (Anaheim, Calif.), her natural enthusiasm and high energy fosters a powerful message to young female athletes. So much so runs two highly successful businesses,
Jen Schro Catching and the
Packaged Deal.
She gives softball/life clinics 52 weeks a year (one was the first ever given at an NFL Stadium — AT&T Stadium in Dallas), has partnered with ESPN and been offered a book deal.
Clearly, Schroeder has a much to offer and say.

The
upbeat former collegiate athlete from Northern California is is building
confidence in females who play high school sports by offering vital life
skills in order to enhance their athletic careers, and

A
