McBain has gone 9-1 against Evart recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The McBain Ramblers will square off against the Evart Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with McBain sitting on 11 straight wins and Evart on eight.

Last Tuesday, McBain strolled past Beal City with points to spare, taking the game 79-64.

Meanwhile, Evart really took it to Manton for the full four quarters, racking up a 73-37 victory. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

McBain better keep an eye on Jett Reedy. He was instrumental in Evart's win, going 9 for 15 from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points and three steals. Those 30 points gave Reedy a new career-high. Dryson Derscheid was another key player, putting up 14 points in addition to six boards and five steals.

McBain pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.9 points per game. As for Evart, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season.

McBain strolled past Evart in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 59-42. The rematch might be a little tougher for McBain since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
