Baseball Recap: Carlsbad Lancers vs. Mission Hills Grizzlies
Carlsbad won the last time they faced Mission Hills and things went their way on Friday too. Carlsbad was the clear victor by a 10-1 margin over Mission Hills. The contest marked the Lancers' most dominant victory of the season so far.
Carlsbad got a great performance from Hunter Dawson as he tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Dawson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
