Soccer Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial and Porterville squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Centennial had to settle for second. They came up short against the Porterville Panthers, falling 6-1. The Golden Hawks' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Maverick Moore, who's now up to seven this season.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Porterville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 18-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Centennial nor Porterville have any future games scheduled.
