Softball Recap: Nandua Comes Up Short

After soaring to 20 runs the game before, Nandua was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They came up short against the Chincoteague Ponies, falling 13-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered against the Ponies since May 10, 2022.

Nandua has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Chincoteague, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Nandua didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-1 loss against Arcadia on the 6th. As for Chincoteague, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Greenbrier Christian Academy on the 2nd.
