Softball Recap: Sparks Takes a Loss

Sparks was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 20-0 to the Spring Creek Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-1 on Saturday.

Sparks' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Spring Creek, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sparks will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hug at 4:00 p.m. on April 2nd. As for Spring Creek, they will face off against Dayton at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
