It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Franklin had no problem doing just that on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Braintree Wamps as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Panthers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 14 straight.

Franklin found their leader in freshman Phoebe O'Connor, who had six digs and three aces. O'Connor has been hot recently, having also posted 19 or more assists the last four times she's played.

Franklin was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Braintree, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season.

Franklin will challenge Lincoln-Sudbury at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Braintree does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
