Franklin had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Braintree Wamps 3-0 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Franklin found their leader in freshman Phoebe O'Connor, who had six digs and three aces. O'Connor is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 19 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Franklin was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Despite the loss, Braintree still got an impressive performance from Joely Wang, who had seven digs and two aces.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Braintree, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season.

Franklin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Lincoln-Sudbury on the 5th. Braintree does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
