Reedsburg had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They never let the Portage Warriors get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Beavers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

Reedsburg's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Portage, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.

Reedsburg will venture away from home to square off against McFarland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Beavers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
