It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Todd County Central ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Logan County Cougars 2-1. The win was nothing new for Todd County Central as they're now sitting on three straight.

Tyler Baker and Spencer Pool scored both of Todd County Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

Todd County Central's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Logan County, they now have a losing record of 8-9-1.

Looking ahead, Todd County Central will challenge Franklin-Simpson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Todd County Central will be up against Franklin-Simpson's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.38 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
