Volleyball Recap: Bay Tech Takes a Loss

Bay Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy Grizzlies.

Bay Tech was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-9, 25-22.

Bay Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bay Tech is set to square off against their familiar foe Griffin Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy will take on rival Mare Island Tech Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
