A big part of Davies Career & Tech's victory came down to the chemistry between Tyrell Barros and his top target Jomar Lopes. Barros threw for 177 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81% of his passes while Lopes gained 115 total yards and three touchdowns. Barros is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last six games he's played.

Juanita Sanchez Complex has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Davies Career & Tech, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Patriots beat Juanita Sanchez Complex by a score of 28-0 on Friday.
