There's no place like home for Salt Lake Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams Marauders on Tuesday. The Griffins haven't had any issues with the Marauders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Salt Lake Academy took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-13.

Amelia Anderson paced Salt Lake Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Anderson really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Isabel Sandoval, racking up nine apiece.

Salt Lake Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.
