Preview: Walled Lake Northern vs. Walled Lake Central
After four games on the road, the Walled Lake Northern Knights are heading back home. They will take on the Walled Lake Central Vikings on Tuesday. Coming off of a win even when the odds were against them, the Knights have to be feeling especially confident with the MaxPreps rankings on their side for this one.
Walled Lake Northern escaped with a win against South Lyon East by the margin of a single free throw, 41-40.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 78-38, which was the final score in Walled Lake Central's tilt against Mott on Friday.
Walled Lake Northern's victory brought them up to 7-9 while Walled Lake's loss pulled them down to 6-11. Walled Lake Northern is 2-4 after wins this year, and the Vikings are 4-6 after losses.
