After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Caddo Mills, Farmersville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Wills Point Tigers by a score of 3-1. The Farmers haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

While Farmersville might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Wills Point scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 14-25, 25-20.

Despite the defeat, Wills Point saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lynlie Mcclanahan had 12 digs and three aces.
