After having lost a blowout in their previous game against College Park, East Chambers was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the West Hardin Oilers 9-8. The Buccaneers haven't had any issues with the Oilers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
The team relied heavily on Halleigh Hanna, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those two runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Zoe Selby, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI.
