Basketball Recap: Lackawanna Takes a Loss

After flying high against Global Concepts two weeks ago, Lackawanna came back down to earth. The Lackawanna Steelers took a hard 53-34 fall against the Griffith Institute Griffins on Tuesday. The Steelers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Griffins apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Lackawanna's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Griffith Institute, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

As of now, neither Lackawanna nor Griffith Institute have any future games scheduled.
