Basketball Recap: Lopez Wins Going Away Against Grace Academy

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Concrete, Lopez was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 43-24 victory over the Grace Academy Eagles. The Lobos have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Lopez now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Grace Academy, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lopez will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Non Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grace Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Tulalip Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
