Soccer Recap: United Comes Up Short

After soaring to seven goals the game before, United was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They came up short against the West Branch Warriors, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, United can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while West Branch are ranked seventh).

United's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for West Branch, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

United has already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against Indian Creek on the 26th. As for West Branch, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Berkshire on the 25th.
