Volleyball Recap: King Wolves vs. Santiago Sharks

King lost against Santiago back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The King Wolves came up short against the Santiago Sharks, falling 3-0. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santiago's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elijah Tajo led the charge by getting 15 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Tajo has posted since back in February. Isaiah Guieb also deserves some recognition as he served his first aces of the season.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Santiago, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
