Volleyball Recap: Upland Find Success

Upland proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Nordhoff Rangers 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Highlanders/Scots have posted since September 6th.

Upland's victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Nordhoff, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-7 record this season.

Upland has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against La Quinta on the 11th. As for Nordhoff, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Whittier on the 11th.
