Recap: Aynor Blue Jackets vs. Georgetown Bulldogs
The Aynor Blue Jackets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They claimed a resounding 58-25 win over Georgetown on the road. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Aynor got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Terianna Richardson out in front who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Richardson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Lainey Squires, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Aynor's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Georgetown, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aynor will take on Loris at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Loris focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Friday. As for Georgetown, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Dillon at 6:00 p.m. Georgetown is coming into the matchup with ten straight defeats at home, meaning Dillon will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
