Softball Game Preview: Mead Panthers vs. Mt. Spokane Wildcats

Mead has won five straight games at home, while Mt. Spokane has won five straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Panthers will welcome the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mead hadn't beaten Shadle Park on the road since May 4, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Panthers came out on top against the Highlanders by a score of 9-6.

Meanwhile, Mt. Spokane never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against University as they made off with a 12-0 win. Considering the Wildcats have won 12 contests by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Mt. Spokane's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Mead, their win bumped their record up to 13-1.
