Basketball Game Preview: Inderkum Tigers vs. Oakland Tech Bulldogs

Inderkum is on a 12-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Oakland Tech is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Inderkum Tigers will welcome the Oakland Tech Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Inderkum knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Oakland Tech likes a good challenge.

Last Thursday, Inderkum earned a 60-48 victory over Woodcreek.

Meanwhile, Oakland Tech was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past McClymonds 78-48. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Warriors are ranked 546th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Oakland Tech is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Inderkum, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.

Inderkum took their victory against Oakland Tech in their previous meeting back in December of 2021 by a conclusive 93-69. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Oakland Tech's Ahmaree Muhammad, who almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine rebounds.
