Volleyball Recap: Parkway Central Makes It Ten in a Row at Home

Parkway Central barely beat Affton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Colts were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cougars on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Colts sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 26-24, 25-20.

Parkway Central's offense was headlined by William Biggs and Cole Hoehn, who picked up 14 kills apiece. They got some help from Spencer Duvall and his 32 assists.

Parkway Central's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-5-1. As for Affton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 16 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17-1 record this season.
