It was a Battle of the Birds when Scotts Valley duked it out with North Monterey County on Friday. The Falcons strolled past the Condors with points to spare, taking the game 31-13. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won three games in a row.

Vaughn Chomentowski threw for 29 yards.

Despite the loss, North Monterey County still got an impressive performance from Jacob Silva, who rushed for 76 yards and one TD.

Scotts Valley's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for North Monterey County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
