It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Sunny Hills had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They never let the Moorpark Musketeers get on the board and left with a 20-0 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Lancers, who have now won four contests in a row.

The critical scores for Sunny Hills came from Kaia Tindukasiri, Sophia Takaki, and Mia Ramirez.

Sunny Hills didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Abby Chow, Noehlia Reuter, and Takaki picked up one apiece. Reuter has been hot, having also posted at least one defended passe the last six times she's played.

Sunny Hills' victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Moorpark, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.

Coming up, Sunny Hills will challenge La Serna at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. La Serna's defense has only allowed 12.1 points per game this season, so Sunny Hills' offense will have their work cut out for them. Moorpark does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
