Soccer Game Preview: Perkins vs. Northwood

The Perkins Pirates will take on the Northwood Rangers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Perkins will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Perkins earned a 3-1 victory over Huron.

Meanwhile, Northwood fell victim to Genoa Area and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 12-0 to the Comets. While losing is never fun, Northwood can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 517th, while Genoa Area are ranked 101st).

Perkins' win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Northwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.
