Volleyball Recap: Grenada Comes Up Short

Grenada lost against Lake Cormorant last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chargers lost 3-0 to Lake Cormorant.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, 25-17.

Lake Cormorant's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Emily Huerta, who had nine digs and two aces.

Grenada now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Lake Cormorant, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Grenada has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Center Hill on the 28th. As for Lake Cormorant, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against South Panola on the 27th.
