MaxPreps and the WBCA will team up each week throughout to select Players of the Week.
MaxPreps and WBCA are teaming up in an effort to promote high school girls basketball and highlight accomplishments of student-athletes throughout the entire nation.
The MaxPreps/WBCA Regional High School Girls Basketball Players of the Week honors nine top high school girls basketball performers each week throughout the United States.
MaxPreps will serve as the official statistics and results provider for program. The WBCA will select the players each week, based on those statistics provided to MaxPreps.
Each winner receives a certificate and a letterman patch to showcase the honor.
To nominate players, coaches or team administrators must enter the athlete's game stats by Sunday evening of each week. High school coaches can obtain an access code for their teams by visiting:

The 2016-17 Players of the Week will be selected on December 5, 2016.
