Softball Recap: Horatio Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, Horatio finally came back down to earth on Monday. They fell just short of the Taylor Tigers by a score of 2-1. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 12-3 to the Tigers when the teams met back in March of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Horatio moved to 11-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Taylor, the victory was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-3.

As of now, neither Horatio nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
