Soccer Recap: Cuthbertson's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

Cuthbertson fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Marvin Ridge on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Marvin Ridge this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Cuthbertson's goal came courtesy of Cesar Ramirez, who's now up to eight this season.

Cuthbertson's defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5-1. As for Marvin Ridge, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3-1.

Coincidentally, Cuthbertson and Marvin Ridge will both be playing Porter Ridge the next time they take the pitch. The Mavericks will host the Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cavaliers will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
