Maeser Prep Academy won the last time they faced Merit Preparatory Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lions were the clear victors by a 55-31 margin over the Knights. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Lions had established a 23-point advantage.

Maeser Prep Academy has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 59 points this season. As for Merit Preparatory Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maeser Prep Academy will face off against Providence Hall at 7:00 p.m. on December 3.
