Basketball Recap: Flour Bluff Beats Sinton for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Flour Bluff came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 47-34 victory over the Sinton Pirates. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hornets also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Flour Bluff has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.2 points per game. As for Sinton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Flour Bluff will host Ray at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Sinton will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Boerne at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
