The Vanguard School extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Sam Piedad. The Coursers blew past the Colorado Springs Christian Lions 3-0 on Saturday for which the team can thank Piedad, who had 30 digs. He has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last four times he's played.

The Vanguard School's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-13. As for Colorado Springs Christian, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7.

Coincidentally, The Vanguard School and Colorado Springs Christian will both be playing Lutheran the next time they take the court. The Coursers will head out to face the Lions at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 1:30 p.m.
