Soccer Game Preview: Blue Ridge Early College vs. Tri-County

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Blue Ridge Early College challenge Tri-County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.

Blue Ridge Early College fell victim to Towns County and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Blue Ridge Early College can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 412th in North Carolina, while Towns County are ranked 181st in Georgia).

Tri-County played against Highlands on Monday and lost via forfeit.

Blue Ridge Early College's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Tri-County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
