 Boerne-Champion will venture away from home to  take on Smithson Valley  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Veterans Memorial, they will host Alamo Heights  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Veterans Memorial has won 15 straight at home dating back to last season, while Alamo Heights won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
