Volleyball Recap: Mount Airy Christian Academy Wins Going Away Against New Life Christian

Mount Airy Christian Academy won the last time they faced New Life Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. Mount Airy Christian Academy put the hurt on New Life Christian with a sharp 3-0 victory. Mount Airy Christian Academy not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 26th (when they won 3-0).

Mount Airy Christian Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 25-19.

Despite the loss, New Life Christian still got an impressive performance from Naomi Quinn, who had 11 kills, seven digs, and two aces. Quinn is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rachel Poole, who had 13 digs.

Mount Airy Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-7-3. As for New Life Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

As of now, neither Mount Airy Christian Academy nor New Life Christian have any future games scheduled.
