Recap: Jenkins Warriors vs. Arabia Mountain Rams
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Jenkins Warriors walked away with it. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Arabia Mountain 14-13. The victory was just what Jenkins needed coming off of a 35-0 loss in their prior contest.
Demetrius Holloway threw for 27 yards on a of five attempts. Jeremiah James was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards. On the ground, Jayaun Albert rushed for 33 yards.
Jenkins' victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Arabia Mountain, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-2.
Jenkins will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Dutchtown at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. Dutchtown will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. Arabia Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
