It's playoff time, and Bear River had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Destiny Christian Academy Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Bruins as they're now sitting on six straight.

Bear River never let Destiny Christian Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-22.

Bear River's offense was headlined by Eden Cha and Grace McKeown, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Brooke Milligan and her 27 assists. McKeown also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Halle Hayden, each putting up four.

Bear River's victory bumped their record up to 33-6. As for Destiny Christian Academy, they moved to 13-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Bear River will face off against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Destiny Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
