Volleyball Recap: Grant Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

If Grant was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of McDaniel on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Generals came up short against the Lincoln Cardinals on Thursday, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Generals couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Grant's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7. As for Lincoln, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-7.

Grant and Lincoln should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. The Generals will take on Cleveland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (43 vs. 125). Meanwhile, Lincoln (ranked 36th) will meet Roosevelt (ranked 190th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
